Welcome to the Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals Charity Property Department!

Our property portfolio was gifted to the Charity by several very generous benefactors over many years. The generosity of these individuals has enabled us to build up a sizeable portfolio consisting of Commercial Retail, Commercial Office Space and our Residential portfolio. This includes a number of individual buildings within Onslow Gardens, several self-contained studios and HMO units within three locations.

Our management team is based within Foulis Terrace and are available to help with general tenant issues.

We are working with several partners to reduce our carbon footprint; we are proud to announce that all our energy is supplied through wind and solar. Please help us when disposing of your waste to segregate it correctly as our aim is to recycle 95% of waste from all our residential and commercial locations by 2027.
